All Sales Are Final, Except for Incorrect Items Shipped

Refund or Replacement: If the item is confirmed to be incorrect, we will offer you the choice of a refund or a replacement of the correct item. If you choose a replacement, we will ship the correct item to you promptly.

Exclusions

BearPaPaPokeShop LLC does not accept returns or provide refunds for any other reason except for receiving an incorrect item. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for items that you change your mind about, or for items that are damaged due to handling after delivery.
