Pre-Order Policy

This Pre-Order Policy outlines the terms and conditions for pre-ordering or back-ordering items from our store, including the shipment and cancellation procedures. 1. Shipment of Pre-Order and Back-Order Items:

• When you order a Pre-Order or Back-Order item on our website, all other items in your cart will be shipped together with the Pre-Order item.

• For example, if a Pre-Order item has an estimated shipping time of 1 month, ALL other items in your cart will also be shipped in 1 month. We will consolidate the shipment to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective delivery.

2. Shipping Non-Pre-Order Items Separately:

• If you wish to receive non-pre-order items sooner and separately from your pre-order items, we recommend placing them in a separate cart and checking out with a separate order.

• This allows you to have more control over the timing of delivery for different products in your order.

3. Payment for Pre-Order and Back-Order Items:

• Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your designated payment method (Credit Card/PayPal) immediately upon placing the order.

• Please ensure that your payment information is accurate and up to date at the time of the order to prevent any issues with processing.

4. Cancellation of Pre-Order and Back-Order Items:

• Pre-Order and Back-Orders can be canceled at any time before we ship them out.

• To request a cancellation, please send an email to DUCHNGUYEN@BEARPAPAPOKESHOP.COM with the subject line: "CANCEL ORDER #..." and include your order number in place of the "#" symbol. Our team will assist you with the cancellation process.

5. Refund for Canceled Pre-Order and Back-Order Items:

• If you choose to cancel a pre-order or back-order item before shipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

• Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be completed.
